Isolation valves on both feeds, bypass, NRV where required, brine drain run — all included in the quote.
Mains tee at the right point
Cut in after the stop tap, before the drinking-water branch — so the kitchen tap stays unsoftened for drinking, the rest of the home softens.
Building Regs compliance
Installations meet Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) requirements. Notification handled where applicable.
Aftercare for the life of the system

Standard whole-house block-salt softeners are supplied and installed from £1,700 + VAT — pipework complexity can push the final figure a little higher. Kitchen-tap drinking-water filters from £220 + VAT. RO purifiers from £950. The figure we quote on your survey is the figure you pay.
